It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to call Finovate, “the event introducing FinTech to the world.” as Finovate gathers the FinTech ecosystem worldwide since 2011.

Finovate Europe took place in London again as a physical event after two years on 22-23 March. There were several short but inspiring presentations of industry leaders and the Finovate classic 7 minutes long 31 demo presentations, conveying the news and schedule on Financial Technologies.

The first day opened with the icon of Finovate Gref Palmer’s opening speech with his calm and confident introductions. The program was followed by the “Important Trends in Fintech” by the founder of 11:FS, David Brear, and three separate demo presentations on tech solutions in payments, loans, insurance, investment, blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI) and regulations, and three panels in essential subjects:

1- Financial inclusiveness,

2- Investments in FinTech companies,

3- Financial crimes.

As in all Finovate events, the audience chose the best demo presentations by voting at the end of the day.

The best demo presentations and their presentations are listed below:

Dreams for its engagement banking platform, rooted in cognitive and behavioral science

Finshape for its technology that helps banks win the race for digital customers through ready-made digital products and custom delivery services.

mmob for its technology that makes embedded finance easy and empowers consumer-facing fintechs to supercharge their growth

SESAMm for its technology that leverages big data and artificial intelligence to provide investment signals to investors.

Trulioo – identity verification technology

The second day begins with the forecasts of leading companies such as Celent, Forrester, Euromonitor, followed by panels throughout the day presenting the views and expectations of various Fintech actors. Some of the most interesting contents of the day appeared as below:

– Digital Acceleration and the state of traditional banks,

– Transition from open banking to open finance.

After a long two years, the highly dynamic event was significantly beneficial by offering the opportunity to meet names like Chris Skinner and Devie Mohan, who are also known in our country for their Fintech efforts. Finovate also restarted networking for new collaboration opportunities.

During the FinovateEurope event, as a partner of Fintech Istanbul, we also met with several attendants from Turkey;

-Birleşik Ödeme,
